What we mean by the name NOSA
Story
The word "NOSA" carries no literal meaning. But the name we chose isn't about any one story — it's about life itself. Keeping the memories that matter alive.
We hope this small shop in Yokosuka — bringing olive oil and wine harvested in the fields of the Marche — can become a place where good people cross paths, looking toward the future. That's the wish we put into the name NOSA.
