OUR STORY
Ikitaria began with the meeting of Giovanni Frattari and Ikuya Odaka—two distinct professional journeys with complementary strengths. Their collaboration shaped a boutique advisory model built on cultural precision, strategic thinking, and practical execution.
As a bridge between Asia and Europe, we build a brand that makes the connections between the two cultures tangible — through events, products, and community.

We organise authentic cultural experiences in both countries: Italian cultural experiences in Tokyo and Japanese tea ceremony workshops in Milan. Every event is designed to create genuine connections between the two cultures.
Our Ikitaria-branded products are limited editions blending Italian industrial culture with Japanese philosophy. Each piece is numbered and carries a story — not mere merchandise, but an object with genuine cultural meaning.
Through events, products and collaborations, we are building a community of people who believe in genuine connections between Italy and Japan. Not followers — real relationships.

Our own farms produce olive oil, rare ingredients, and Japanese tea (matcha). The farm properties are also available for rent as agri-cultural hubs in an exceptional natural setting. Drawing from our hands-on farming experience, we continuously develop the latest agricultural technologies — including farm solutions powered by soil sensing and AI analysis.

Organically grown olives, hand-harvested from our Italian hillside groves. Cold-pressed using traditional methods to produce an oil with a fruity aroma and a smooth, balanced flavour.
Our matcha comes directly from Ikitaria's Japanese farm. Vivid green colour, intense aroma, and a flavour that balances sweetness and bitterness. Cultivation is supported by real-time soil sensing and AI analysis, ensuring consistent quality across every harvest.

THE TEAM
Leads project development on the Italian side. With experience in international B2B relationship management and market positioning, he coordinates the Italian team's operations and commercial development trajectories, including market entry processes for foreign markets.
Leads strategic and cultural alignment on the Japanese side. His in-depth knowledge of the Japanese market — contact networks, relational dynamics, and implicit cultural codes — ensures contextual accuracy and the quality of every professional introduction.
APPROACH
Every project is structured so the client's identity remains authentic in the new cultural context — without distortion or over-simplification.
Lasting value comes from the quality of professional bonds, not the speed of transactions. Every introduction is deliberate.
We understand the implicit codes of both markets: communication styles, decision-making rhythms, unspoken expectations.
We work with a broad time horizon. Our goal is to build solid structures, not just execute one-off assignments.
