IKITARIA is an Italian-Japanese consulting firm.

The founders

Ikitaria was born from the collaboration between Giovanni Frattari and Ikuya Odaka , two professionals with different backgrounds but a common vision.

Giovanni has direct experience in the agri-food sector, in communications, and in the development of entrepreneurial projects in Italy.
Ikuya has a deep understanding of Japanese reality, the domestic market, and the commercial and cultural dynamics that govern local business.

Together, we combine our skills to translate ideas into action , with a practical, flexible approach that balances analysis, vision, and operational practice.
